The staff where all great and awesome. Magnificent and amazing location in places, met the purpose.

Good value, room was relaxing, staff were affable. Continental breakfast had plenty of options, like muffins and milk. My favorite property in Townsend.

The hotel was clean with a great restaurant. The room was pet-friendly with a hot tub and the staff was professional. Lots of food at breakfast, such as muffins and milk.

Fairly clean great value hotel with a nice pool and a beautiful location just off major attractions, and restaurants, nice peaceful area and Cade's Cove and a very cool underground cavern. The breakfast was included and consisted of muffins and milk. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel of choice in Townsend. Plenty of food for breakfast including muffins and milk. The rooms were with a hot tub, loved it.

Had a really enjoyable stay at correct time. I loved the room with balcony overlooking the mountains, my bed was comfortable.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a calm area, close enough to Gatlinburg and hill and the foothills of the smokies. The property offered a continental breakfast, it was included.

The staff was brilliantly friendly, the room was updated and attractive, the view was pleasant! The hotel was very close to the heart of the Townsend. Generally everything was great, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty. Plenty of food, which was amazing to satisfy everyone.
